Steps: Put ice into a glass and pour in tonic. Pour Raspberry Vodka over a spoon (so that the colours do not mix). Finally add a touch of lime juice.

4 cl Mastis
1 dcl of apple juice
2 cl of Monin Passion Fruit

Steps: Pour Monin Passion Fruit into a glass. Add ice, pour in apple juice and top off with Mastis poured over a spoon.

4 cl Haltiatunturi Herbal liqueur
10 cl Birnensaft
2 cl Maracujasaft

Zubereitung: Maracujasaft in das Glas füllen. Anschließend Eiswürfel, Birnensaft und abschließend Haltiatunturi über einem Löffel in das Glas hinzugeben.

1 cl of Cerise / cherry MONIN
2cl Slivovitz
2 cl of Frisco apple and lemon and Pilsner Urquell
a splash of lime juice

Steps: Fill a serving glass with crushed ice and gradually add ingredients.

Glass: V-Shape

Garnish: lime slice garnished with a dried plum and peppermint

Pear Brandy Martini

6 cl of Hruškovice spirits
2 pieces of honeydew melon
1/2 of passion fruit pulp
2 cl of passion fruit syrup

Steps: Place sliced melon and passion fruit into a mixing glass, muddle with a muddler and add ice cubes. Pour in the remaining ingredients, shake thoroughly and with a cocktail strainer strain into a chilled glass.

Glass: V-Shape

Garnish: melon wedge

Lovely Pear

Steps: Fill a serving glass with crushed ice and gradually add ingredients.

Glass: V-Shape

Garnish: Apple cross-section garnished with peppermint.

Heavenly Pear

Steps: Place sliced lime, pear and sugar into a serving glass, muddle with a muddler and add ice cubes. Gradually add all ingredients into a shaker, stir thoroughly and strain into a cooled glass.

Glass: Collins - long drink

Garnish: Pear cross-section garnished with peppermint.

Wild Cranberry

4cl HELSINKI Platinum exclusive vodka
4cl of RANI orange juice
4cl of RANI pineapple juice
5 pieces of cranberry
4g of sugar
top up: 2cl of Airelles / cranberry, MONIN
top up: 2 cl of Frisco cranberry and Pilsner Urquell

Steps: Put cranberries and sugar into a serving glass, muddle with a muddler and add ice cubes. Gradually add all ingredients into a shaker, shake thoroughly and strain into a cooled glass. Finally top off the cocktail with cranberry syrup and Frisco.

Glass: Collins - long drink

Garnish: cranberry skewer garnished with peppermint

Fruit Pure Garden

4 cl Helsinki Vodka Pure
2 pieces of honeydew melon
pulp of 1/2 a passion fruit
1/8 of lime
4 basil leaves
12cl of grape juice

Steps: Do mixovacího skla vložíme nakrájený meloun, lístky bazalky a passion fruit. Jemně rozmačkáme drtítkem a přidáme kostky ledu. Dolijeme ostatní ingredience a vymačkáme limetku. Vše řádně proshakujeme a přes barmanské sítko přecedíme do sklenice s novým ledem.

Glass: Colada glass

Garnish: half a honeydew melon wedge, a basil sprig, and passion fruit pulp

Vodka Colada

4 cl Vodka Helsinki Pure
2 cl of chestnut syrup
2 cl of white chocolate syrup
2 pieces of fresh pineapple
6 cl of pineapple juice
5 cl of cream

Steps: Place sliced pineapple into a mixing glass, muddle with a muddler and add ice cubes. Pour in the remaining ingredients, shake thoroughly and pour into a glass.

Glass: Colada glass

Garnish: pineapple wedge with leaves
